I have a question. What happens with the permalinks? what happens with the order of pages? if you have a category, subcategory. How do you order the pages?. which is the crawl depth?. I think you have not explained it completely how to make the silo in WordPress.
How do I silo my blog page?
Why did you add contact button in all the pages? Is it not too much internal linking?
is there a way to get a printout of your template? I LOVE the structure, and it is very well written!
Very cool. Thanks.
Hey Owen do you have any videos on how to make a website weather it's free or not lol that I can link with my pay pal for me to be able to sell drum lessons and Merchandise 😃👍👍
How does this fit in with optimizing categories? For all the the subpages – do they all go under the same category?
great information , thanks for sharing 🙂
great information
Do you have a course that I can purchase that teaches this?
Who do you get to write your copy for these silo pages??? What is the most efficient way?
Hi, I'm very new to this kind of practice. My questions are about some points you did in the video that wasn't clear to me…
1 – When showing the "Silo Page" in the MockFlow (wireframe) you put a link ate the bottom named "Link to Silo" and mentioned it's a link to the Top Silo. Isn't this "silo page" the Top Silo itself?
2 – In the "Sub Silo Page" you used the H1 tag twice. Is this a good practice? You put it there to on purpose or it was just an exemple?
3 – In WordPress I saw you put the silo structure inside one of the main items of the main navigation: "Home >> Divorce Coaching Silo >> Sub Silos… Did you do this because the site already had a main navigation? If it was a brand new "blank" site. Should I create and put the Silos in the main navigation?
Thank you a lot for this video and for sharing important information.
thanks for this Awesome information.so easy to follow
Hey dude, this will seem like an obvious question. But, do my silo pages need to be my own domains, or i should just write blogs and articles on established website ? Also, what is the difference between SILO and PBN ?
Which wireframe tool are you using in this video? Which wireframe do you like best and why? Great video. Love the content. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much.
What software are you using to design your silo?
Where do (blog) posts fit into the silo structure? A lot my posts in my blog could theoretically fall under my pages but now I'm not sure how to distinguish between pages and posts (I've possibly been doing my site all wrong!) My about page links to a blog entry that I wrote about how we attend conferences, so can I link that blog entry to the about page with about as its parent?
Where do "categories" come into play under this system?
Finally, is there any SEO harm in linking between pages that aren't part of the same silo but may be related to one another in some other way? Or does that confuse google since we're tossing a blue jelly bean into the reds?
Thanks in advance!
What is Home Page? I guess its the landing page when one invokes the website…..The home page itself has the links to other pages and Home page itself like Home Page,Category Page 1,category page 2, Category page 3,about Us,T&C……
Are you referring to the category page as KW1,KW2…..If so the category name has to resemble the Keyword. Moreover Category is usually not a page and is often a content box for posts.
Please clarify….the
