I saw somewhere that you should put keywords into the caption of images, then choose not to display the caption. Is this true? Should the keywords be added to ALL images on a blog post or page?

Hey Lou and Charlotte, I read somewhere that for Index pages, if you 'overwhelm' each page with key words, Google will read nothing, is this true? Somewhere said to add code: <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW"> so SEO can't be read on those pages…..true or not true?
